| A. |
How important is your time? If problems occur who will you call for assistance? Travel consultants are experts in many facets of the enormous global travel marketplace. They know the best companies, cruise lines, hotels, resorts and contacts to help bring your dreams to reality. They are your advocates in case of problems, changes or other needs, where as the internet is not. Do you utilize the services of a Doctor? Lawyer? accountant? Investment Counselor? If so, you'll understand the benefits and value of utilizing an excellent travel consultant; where reliability and competent service are our trademarks. The internet is wonderful for information, but not necessarily a good way to transact travel business. |

| Q. |
Is a travel agent's service free? |
| A. |
Years ago, travel agents were paid commissions by airlines, and therefore, usually covered overhead and profit without charging fees to clients for services rendered. Today travel consultants do charge reasonable fees for services in cases where there is no commission payable or the sum is inadequate to cover our costs. Once again, "value" is the watchword. Just like working with your doctor, lawyers or accountant, all of whom are paid fees for services rendered. Travel consultants usually levy a reasonable fee for work performed. Such fees are fully disclosed before proceeding with your file. |

| Q. |
My niece is a travel agent, and I'd like to give here my business. Is this a smart move? |
| A. |
It depends entirely on her competence, experience, dedication, and will to serve. For simple getaways, the answer is sure, use her. But for longer, more extensive, more expensive travel investments, seek out a real pro to help you. Knowledge and experience count heavily here. Would you want your heart surgery done by a general surgeon or a cardiac specialist? |
