When we found your name listed in Conde Nast traveler as an expert on Scotland we had to trust their good judgement in the selection of travel agents and were not disappointed. Your knowledge of your native Scotland proved invaluable; the guides, drivers, and hotels you selected were top knotch. We also appreciate the handling of our travel insurance when we were delayed by plane.

I am still in awe and appreciation of the services that Lana Lewis provided to insure that my son Paul Campbell would have a successful trip visiting Moscow recently. She absolutely went above and beyond....and then some! She relieved all of his anxieties about traveling solo to Russia and helped him with so many of his concerns. She was never too busy to help him with one more "anxious moment", and the connections that she made for him in Moscow enabled him to have an exceptional and personal Russian experience.

I had urged him to go to Tennessee Valley Travel because of the work you do with Baylor, but little did I know the kind of careful, considerate, and kind attention that Lana would be providing. She was exemplary in every way.
