Since 1977, West has guided TVTA. He is a graduate of Baylor School and the University of Virginia.
He has served as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Virtuoso and is involved in many aspects of our community
and the worldwide travel industry. West advises clients with interests in four and five star cruising, deluxe touring,
extraordinary family travel experiences, fine golf, shooting and fishing experiences. He also introduces clients to
our specialist consultants and promotes our services locally, nationally and beyond.

Mary was born in Scotia in the Central region of Scotland. She lived in Scotland for 46 years. With her in-depth
knowledge of Scotland, she is recognized as the expert to call in the USA. She can map out great drives through the
countryside and put you in the quaintest villages. She has been a travel consultant for over 20 years.

agency which specializes in group arrangements throughout Thailand for 7 years.She has worked at TVTA since March 2001 as a
Research Specialist, helping the staff research info on hotels, theater tickets, trains and cars.

Ruth Oehmig , has recently returned to Chattanooga , her hometown, after living and working in Chicago for the past 25 +
years. Before joining the TVTA team, Ruth worked for EDS (Electronic Data System) traveling and working in Latin America, spending
extended periods of time in Brazil and Argentina . Prior to joining EDS , Ruth worked as a corporate meeting and event coordinator
responsible for planning and executing large conferences, education events and executive retreats in the US and Canada.
Ruth brings over 25 years of professional sales, marketing and customer service to her role at TVTA.
